The Service Center
The unprecedented union
of customer support, safety and client satisfaction
is number one. Outerlimits stands behind every boat
it builds and its service is second-to-none. Our client
satisfaction rate has been and continues to be the
finest in the industry.
A separate 12,000 s.f. service facility in Bristol,
manned by Mercury Certified mechanics, takes care of
customer's upgrades and repairs. The full service center
also handles re-builds, rigging, on-board computers,
electronics and entertainment system upgrades and installations.
The
Mobile Support Center
On the road, a
53' mobile support and service center truck is a showcase
for Outerlimits service capabilities. The traveling
workshop doubles as an off-site office, apparel store
and meeting spot for customers at selected poker run
events nationwide throughout the year. The Mobile Center
is staffed by a support team ready to take on repairs,
technical assistance and supply needed parts.The "guys
in red" are recognized for their skill
and personal attention to each customer's boat and
ensuring a problem-free day of boating — Outerlimits’
top priority. "We back what we build," says
Mike Fiore, "Our staff is top-notch and shows our customers
that we want them to fully enjoy their boats--that's
why they own an Outerlimits Powerboat."
The Performance
School
Performance boating
requires special skills and to help its customers fine-tune
their boating abilities, Outerlimits provides each
new customer with a pre-paid course at the highly recognized
Tres Martin Performance Boat School. This investment
in customers' safety and skills further demonstrates
Outerlimits' appreciation of their business and a commitment
to providing top-level customer service. "Even experienced
boaters can learn a lot from this course," says Fiore, "I
want to be sure each Outerlimits owner is safe, happy
and comfortable in our boats and I put my money behind
